2. Quotations and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website or social media are starting prices and may vary based on:
Number of pages
Design complexity
Required features
Content volume
Forms and functionality
Admin panel requirements
Payment gateway or third-party integrations
Custom software requirements
Current package pricing may include:
Basic Website: Rs. 9,999
Standard Website: Rs. 14,999
Premium Website: Rs. 24,999 and above
Payment Integration: Extra Rs. 15,000
Extra pages and custom features will be quoted separately based on project requirements.
3. Payment Terms
Before starting a project, we may require an advance payment. The remaining payment must be completed according to the agreed project terms.
Work may be paused if payments are delayed.
Final files, website launch, admin access, or project handover may only be provided after full payment is received.

Project timelines depend on:

Revision requests
Feature complexity
Third-party service approval time
Delays caused by late client responses, missing content, payment delays, or third-party issues are not the responsibility of NexCode Digital.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing:
Accurate business information
Website content
Images, logos, and brand materials
Product or service details
Login access when required
Timely feedback and approvals
Legal permissions for any content provided
The client confirms that they have the right to use all content, images, logos, and materials shared with us.
6. Revisions
Revision limits may depend on the selected package or project agreement.
Revisions include small changes to design, text, layout, or content. Major changes, new features, redesign requests, or changes after approval may cost extra.
7. Website Content
If the client does not provide content, we may use demo text, sample images, or basic content for design purposes.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all final website content before launch.
NexCode Digital is not responsible for incorrect, misleading, copyrighted, or illegal content provided by the client.
8. Domain, Hosting, and Third-Party Services
Domain, hosting, premium plugins, APIs, payment gateways, email services, SMS/WhatsApp services, and other third-party tools may require separate charges.
NexCode Digital is not responsible for downtime, price changes, policy changes, or service issues caused by third-party providers.
9. Payment Gateway and Integrations
Payment gateway integration, WhatsApp integration, email notification systems, booking systems, APIs, and other integrations may require additional charges.
Approval, verification, transaction fees, and account setup are controlled by the respective third-party provider.
10. SEO and Marketing
We may provide SEO setup, optimization, or digital marketing support. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic, sales, leads, or revenue.
SEO and marketing results depend on competition, content quality, business niche, search engine algorithms, budget, and ongoing effort.
11. Project Approval and Handover
After the client approves the final project and payment is completed, we may hand over website access, files, or admin panel details as agreed.
After handover, the client is responsible for maintaining login credentials and website access unless a maintenance plan is active.
12. Maintenance and Support
Free support, if included, will be clearly mentioned in the project agreement.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, security checks, backups, content updates, bug fixes, or technical support may require a separate maintenance plan.
Issues caused by third-party changes, client edits, hosting problems, malware, plugin conflicts, or external developers may require extra charges.
13. Refund Policy
Payments made for project booking, design work, development work, third-party services, domain, hosting, or completed milestones are generally non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the amount of work completed and the agreement between NexCode Digital and the client.
No refund will be provided after project completion, approval, or handover.
14. Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started, charges will apply for the completed work, planning, design, development, communication, and resources used.
NexCode Digital reserves the right to cancel or pause a project if the client fails to provide required information, delays payment, behaves abusively, or requests illegal/unethical work.
15. Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client owns the final approved website content and design created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed.
NexCode Digital may still retain rights to reusable code, frameworks, internal tools, templates, or development methods used during the project.
We may display completed projects in our portfolio, website, or social media unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
16. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our website or services for:
Illegal activities
Fraud or scams
Harmful, abusive, or misleading content
Copyright infringement
Hacking, malware, or spam
Adult, gambling, or restricted content without proper legal compliance
Any activity that damages our business, website, or reputation
We reserve the right to refuse any project that we consider illegal, unethical, harmful, or unsuitable.
17. Limitation of Liability
NexCode Digital will not be liable for:
Business losses
Loss of profit
Website downtime
Data loss
Third-party service failure
Search ranking changes
Security issues caused by weak passwords or third-party access
Client-side mistakes or unauthorized changes
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
18. Changes to Services or Pricing
We may update our services, pricing, packages, features, and terms at any time without prior notice.
However, confirmed projects will follow the pricing and terms agreed at the time of booking unless both parties agree to changes.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Nepal.
Any disputes should first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter may be handled according to applicable legal procedures in Nepal.
